- Sharyn is an essential member of the Sales Team by supporting all Team Members with their admin needs
- Outside of work Sharyn is a busy mother of four, she loves food and enjoys cooking and gets huge satisfaction from seeing her family eating what is prepared
- Sharyn loves to travel to warmer climates and is partial to an Aperol Spritz in her chosen destination

- Ashley brings 13 years’ experience
- Ashely is hardworking and really enjoys a challenge
- Outside of work Ashley enjoys spending time with his family and watching football and rugby with a cold pint of beer
Helen John
- Helen has over 30 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance
- Helen loves to travel, her favourite places to visit are the Greek Islands
- Helen enjoys musical theatre and is Treasurer of the local musical theatre group
Reika Mahmid
- Reika is a graduate from Newcastle University now working as a Business Development Executive.
- When he isn’t in the office he enjoys playing Rugby, fitness and the Gym as well as exploring and visiting new countries.
- He is very social and loves watching Sheffield Wednesday, trying new foods and trips to the pub.
Victoria Godwin
- Victoria is a graduate from the University of Nottingham where she studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics.
- She can often be found cycling around London on her Brompton, on the tennis court or watching a ballet.
- Now working as a Sustainability Adviser at Unisort, she is keen to connect with customers, understand their needs, and promote Unisort’s mission.
Billy Nasso
- Billy enjoys working hard to help customers to solve their sustainability needs
- In his free time Billy plays semi professional football and loves a round of golf
- Billy likes to wind down by having a pint and watching West Ham
Cora Doherty
- Cora is a sustainability adviser at Unisort and loves to be a helping hand to the team.
- Cora is a keen traveller, loves to explore nature, try worldly cuisines, and play as much hockey as possible!
- She loves walking around markets, reading books and going to see lots of live music.
Richard Owen
- Richard has 15 years of sales experience and has recently joined the Unisort team.
- He’s passionate, hard working and loves being part of a team.
- The weekends are made up of spending time with his family and main hobbies include football, rugby, going to music gigs and searching for the perfect craft beer.
Omar Agha
- Omar is part of the Lead Gen team.
- In his spare time Omar loves to play basketball and read crime novels and never turns down a good game of chess.
- Omar is always down to catch up over a Guinness.
Jamie Kirby
- Jamie has a customer centric approach with experience logistics with moving customers’ orders in and out of Europe post Brexit.
- When he’s not at work, he spends his time working with cat charities and is an avid coffee drinker.
Barrie John
- Barrie enjoys being busy and is always finding extra work
- On the weekends, Barrie can often be found enjoying time outdoors
- Barrie also enjoys watching and playing sports
Annabelle Struthers
- Annabelle helps the team in any way she can and helps run a tight ship in the office
- On the weekends Annabelle can be found walking her dogs in the nearby mountains, volunteering in her local club or spending time with her family
- She is a book shop wanderer, avid tea drinker and country song lover!
Martel Dormer
- Martel has a design and interiors background having worked in design & build and tile industries
- Martel enjoys selling and meeting new people and creating new relationships
- When Martel isn’t hitting the phones, he likes to follow a few different sports such as football, Rugby and the F1
- Martel is a keen traveller and likes to travel to different countries
Dom Espinosa
- Dom is our Multimedia Designer who has a flair for creating visually stunning designs that seamlessly blend creativity and functionality.
- Outside of work, Dom likes trying out different pasta dishes or you can catch her checking out the newest coffee shop in town.
Max Dormer
- Max provides the energy, motivation and coaching for our team
- Max spends most of his time visiting customers and helping to solve their recycling challenges
- Often seen in bright coloured jumpers – from lime green to burn orange!
- Outside of work he loves spending time mountain biking with his kids or slow cooking a beef brisket on his Green Egg bbq
Westley Wilkes
- Westley leads our warehouse team with energy and enthusiasm
- Passionate about continuous improvement and creating operational excellence
- When not in work Westley is found in the gym or spending time with his family
Troy Wells
- Troy is based on the Isle of Wight, and heads up our Sustainability Advisory team.
- He’s passionate about ensuring our customers are compliant and hit their Sustainability goals.
- The weekends are spent with his Wife, walking their two dogs along the beach and seeing friends and family.
Luke Edwards
- Luke is an organised, hard working team player at Unisort, and will usually be seen navigating the warehouse on a forklift, getting your orders ready to ship in the most speedy way imaginable.
- In his spare time Luke enjoys climbing, hiking, camping and listening to music.
Maeve Duhy
- Maeve is our bubbly Customer happiness executive, with a big smile offering great company to whoever she’s with, Maeve is personable and friendly, making a positive and memorable first impression.
- Maeve provides customers with an exceptional, caring and friendly experience here at Unisort, and keeping customers happy and being super responsive to their needs is her top priority.
- Living in a beautiful part of South Wales gives Maeve the chance to enjoy the outdoors when she’s not at work, with mountain bike trails and walks on her doorstep
- In her spare time she can be found at car shows… she has a passion for older VW cars!
Marcus Palisoc
- Marcus looks after new product development here at Unisort.
- He loves all things design and is a talented graphic designer & product designer.
- He’s designed all sorts of products in the past – from a wireless vacuum cleaner to a dog leash that takes photos of your pets!
- Outside of work, Marcus loves a good game of basketball, and can often be found at the local gym.
Dale Hewison
- As our CafeCrush technical specialist, Dale is the man who answers your questions on the subject
- He’s also a vital cog in keeping the operations running smoothly
- When he’s not working, Dale will probably either be underneath his red 1992 Volvo 440 or off in the hills with a chainsaw in hand, doing some logging.
Chet Dormer
- Chet has been with the company for 10 years
- Chet is the ‘engine room’ of the company, he works tirelessly to get customers’ projects completed on time
- He is the guy with the answers to any operations question and the one who gets the job done
- He has a strong interest in finance and ensuring that the numbers stack up
- Chet has a great love for travel, and enjoys trips to New Zealand in particular
Wyn Dormer
- Wyn has been with the company for over 12 years
- He has a strong passion for growing a business, Wyn is keenly involved in business development and working with our key corporate accounts
- Wyn loves to work with customers to solve their problems, making recycling at work easier & more engaging
- Wyn is one of those people who likes to analyse and crunch the numbers
- Outside of work, Wyn likes to spend time with his family and enjoys a good gin & tonic with a tasty Mexican dish
Jon Dormer
- The founder of Unisort Ltd. Jon started the company back in 1989 with a strong sales background
- With a keen interest in innovation and bringing unique solutions to the market, Jon works on new product development
- Not many people know that Jon has a passion for vintage Massey Ferguson tractors
- Outside of work, Jon likes to spend valuable time with his family and grandchildren. He gets a real buzz when raising money for charity or working in the local community
